CWR recently submitted a number of applications for Gledden Senior Visiting Fellowship. The University received 53 applications in total for a funding pool of $320,000, 17 applications were funded. CWR was successful in getting three.... (Click here for more...)

Western Australia is at the international forefront of change. As last week's series of articles showed, climate change will impact strongly on the State and we need to have a clear vision of how we will meet the challenges. I propose that we construct two pillars to support our cherished West Australian way of life. We need to build up a wealth asset that, in 30 years, will allow us to assist victims of climate change with compassionate help, financial expertise and immigration in a way that will not negate our progress towards a sustainable life. And we should make WA a pioneer of modern living, a prosperous place with a balance between material prosperity, mental and physical wellbeing and harmony with the biodiversity that was once part of the State. WA has the wealth from the resources boom to create a bank for the future. We should use it to fight wealth inequity...
